FreshyVac physical products are covered against manufacturing faults for two years.
What is covered
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use during the coverage period.
What is not covered
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper cleaning, and consumable wear are not manufacturing defects.

Contact support with your order details, a description of the problem, and clear photographs where appropriate. We will explain the available repair or replacement option.
