Privacy policy

Information you provide

Contact details, order details, and messages are used to answer requests and fulfil purchases.

Checkout is completed by our payment provider, which handles card details directly. We receive the order and delivery information needed to send your items.

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies always run. They hold your bag, keep the site secure, and hand your order to checkout. They do not need your consent.

Advertising and analytics cookies stay switched off until you accept them. Advertising cookies let us measure which products visitors found, added to bag, and bought. Analytics cookies count pages and sections in aggregate.

Visitors in regions that require consent see a notice when they arrive. You can accept all, reject all, or choose category by category. Your decision is stored on your device against the wording shown to you at the time.

When an advertising platform is switched on for this store, that platform is named here together with the purposes it is given, and it only receives information once you have accepted advertising cookies. No customer details are shared for advertising unless that acceptance exists.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Turning a category off takes effect immediately across the site, including in other open tabs.

Withdrawing acceptance does not delete the record of your earlier choice, and it never replays activity that was blocked while a category was off.

Your rights

You may ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting support. Legal rights vary by location.
